Los mercados han revolucionado con el avance de Internet a lo largo de todo el mundo. Hoy día es muy fácil comprar productos fabricados en otros paises y recibirlos en la puerta de nuestra casa en cuestión de smeanas, según el origen del envío.

Invertir en mercados emergentes

Mientras la Reserva Federal (FED) de EEUU se preocupa por la deflación, en algunas regiones del mundo la inflación puede ente en el tiempo presente el mayor peligro.

Aunque el Fondo Monetario Internacional espera que la inflación en los mercados emergentes caiga al 5 por ciento en 2011 desde alrededor del 5,75 por ciento actual, las presiones están aumentando en algunos países en vías de desarrollo. La tasa de inflación de India alcanzó los dos dígitos a principios de este año. En Brasil, los economistas han encumbrado sus previsiones de inflación para 2010 durante seis semanas consecutivas, según el agrupación financiera central. Es posible que los inversores quieran contemplar algún tipo de protección.

Hay tres fuentes principales de presión inflacionista: primero, el importe de las materias primas. El índice de precios de los Alimentos de la Organización de Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentación está en máximos desde agosto de 2008, a consecuencia de las subidas de los cereales. Esto posee un gran impacción en la inflación de los mercados emergentes: en las regiones emergentes de Asia, los alimentos representan como media el 40 por ciento del Índice de Precios al Consumo.

Segundo, los esfuerzos de los mercados emergentes por obstruir la revalorización de las monedas pueden finalizar por tener consecuencias inflacionistas. El costo de esterilizar las intervenciones en el mercado de monedas –emitiendo bonos para bajar el exceso de moneda local– se ha encarecido cuantioso dados los rendimientos extremadamente bajos sobre los bonos estadounidenses en relación a la compromiso en jalón local. Esto aumenta el peligro de intervenciones no esterilizadas, lo que se traduce en incrementos inflacionistas del suministro de dinero. Por su parte, es posible que los entidades financieras centrales de los mercados emergentes pospongan las subidas de tipos por espanto a servir de imanes para los flujos de capital.

Tercero, las brechas en la producción de los mercados emergentes se están cerrando y puede que los mercados laborales se estén ajustando. Muchos países están recuperando con rapidez el desarrollo cedido en 2009; en India y China, de hecho, la ralentización sólo fue modesta. En Brasil, el salario medio aumentó más de un 11 por ciento en septiembre, o sólo un 6 por ciento en términos reales, según señala HSBC Global Asset Management; en Corea, Polonia y Chile, la tasa de desocupación ha caído a los niveles normales del anterior ciclo.

¿Cómo pueden protegerse los inversores? Una elección son los bonos vinculados a la inflación, aunque la rentabilidad de las emisiones de los mercados emergentes es relativamente baja. Las tasas de inflación de países como Brasil, Turquía y Corea del Sur muestran que los inversores podrían estar infravalorando el peligro de una mayor inflación. Los valores inmobiliarios y de consumo de los mercados emergentes podrían brindar una atractiva protección frente a la inflación, especialmente si se posee en cuenta la creciente súplica doméstica. Conforme los inversores colocan su dinero en los mercados emergentes, no vendría mal algún seguro.

Gestion de Recursos Humanos

En el proceso de gestión de recursos humanos intervienen todos los miembros activos de la empresa, entendiéndose por tales: la dirección general con tareas de mando, los asalariados con la negociación de un tratado y los representantes del personal.

Partiendo del imagen figura de gestión como la creado y efecto de gestionar, y entendiendo por gestionar la realización de diligencias encaminadas a la logro de un emprendimiento o rentabilidad empresarial, y tomando a las personas como los recursos activos de las organizaciones podría decirse que la gestión de recursos humanos sería “el conjunto de actividades que ponen en funcionamiento, desarrollan y movilizan a las personas que una organización necesita para ejecutar sus objetivos”. De esta definición se desprende lo siguiente:

1. En el proceso de gestión de recursos humanos intervienen todos los miembros activos de la empresa, entendiéndose por tales: la dirección general con tareas de mando, los asalariados con la negociación de un tratado y los representantes del personal.

2. Para poner en funcionamiento a las personas de una organización necesitamos aclarar las políticas de personal, y articular las funciones sociales considerando las metas de la organización (premisa estratégica).

3. Pero también se necesitan métodos para conseguir, conservar y desarrollar esos recursos humanos (premisa operativa).

4. Todo ello no podrá ente llevado a adelante sin la ayuda de instrumentos administrativos, reglamentarios e instrumentales (premisa logística).

Este debería ente el curso habitual, normalmente los procesos operativos deberían basarse en la táctica y generar los cometidos logísticos.

Pero en muchas organizaciones el empleo administrativo aparece como consecuencia de normas jurídicas o proceso estructurado por técnicas, por eso el proceso común ha pasado a ser:

Además la logística corriente hoy en día es la contestación a la inseguridad de la acción cotidiana con unos reflejos más tácticos que estratégicos. Y la aceptación de un curso u otro incide en la gestión de recursos por que si en el primer acontecimiento consideramos que la organización se ocupa de aclarar una estrategia, es decir en aclarar las políticas de particular y articulación de funciones sociales, y , para ello utiliza métodos que derivan en tareas administrativas, reglamentarias e instrumentales necesariamente en este acontecimiento la organización se preocupará por integrar objetivos personales y, se preocupará por sus emprendimientos individuales y trayectorias profesionales. Pero si opta por el segundo curso en el cual las tareas reglamentarias, instrumentales…son el resultado la beneficio de las veces de métodos establecidos de antemano, los cuales pueden o no, dependiendo de la premura con la que se presenten, obrar en políticas de particular y articulación de políticas de personal, la organización dará anterioridad a sus propios objetivos tratando de garantizar el clima social y equilibrio que se requiere, al mismo tiempo que desarrolla sus resultados, potencial y flexibilidad.

La problemática en recursos humanos consistiría en ceder anterioridad a las metas de la organización o a los del asalariado, por ejemplo ¿ayudaremos a un asalariado a que abandone la empresa, aunque sea provechoso en ella, si su carrera profesional requiere el despido para que le contraten en otra empresa, en condiciones más favorables a su progreso?. De manera más general, ¿según qué criterios vamos a gestionar los conflictos de intereses entre los individuos y la organización?. Está claro que, en acontecimiento de oposición frontal, se dará generalmente anterioridad a la organización. Pero ¿sabremos aclarar la razones al asalariado que ha salido perjudicado? Y cuando el suceso es de poca importancia para la organización y muy importante para las personas ¿podremos adoptar el punto de vista del asalariado?
