Amazon announced yesterday that it has reached an agreement to acquire Quidsi Diapers.com, shop specializing in products for the care of babies; array Soap.com, drugstore, and BeautyBar.com, dedicated to selling beauty products that sells internet shop.
In a communiqué, the giant Internet noted will pay a total of 500 million dollars (around EUR 359 million) in cash. In addition, Amazon will assume the commitment of the acquired company, approximately 45 million.The whole directed by Jeff Bezos hoped close operation during the month of December.
